Fall Color Report

9/19/14 Here we are a little past mid-September ...Leaves are showing some really nice colors...some places have pretty long stretches of burgundy, red, orange, rust and gold...while others are still mostly green with just patches of splashes of color. We're getting calls with people wanting to know when the color will peak. That's one of the really neat things about where we are...we'll have about three or four peaks in different areas...first along U.S. 2 to Watersmeet- then maybe M-28...Then on some of the logging roads in the Ottawa- and later along the Lake Shore. This weekend and next for sure would be the time to put the Copper Peak Adventure Ride on your Things to Do list and don't forget to have a camera with you. Copper Peak is open Saturday and Sunday 10-4:30.
